On Sunday 7th November teams will test their mental and physical adility by working together, and challenge themselves by completing one of the most demanding assult course's in Nottingham. All money raised will go towards the planned new Teenage Cancer Trust unit at the Nottingham City Hospital.
Description
The teams will be made up of staff members from Nottingham City Hospital, Volunteer Centre Staff and Local Business teams.
Set across two acres, the assault course has all the usual suspects: the scramble net, Burma bridge, rope swings, a steep wall and much more. Each member of the team must complete each element of the assault course before the rest of the team can move on.
Easy you say, well maybe for you but each obstacle challenges a different fear - a tight space, a blacked out hole, a high wall or a wide ravine to swing over. There will be at least one, if not more in your team who will need your support & encouragement somewhere on their way through the assault course!
The course is designed to test you mentally and physically as well as test your ability to work together as a part of a team. It's an incredibly rewarding way of getting dirty
